Our Process
We bake fresh every day.
We love seeing the delight on our customer’s face when they bite into a freshly made cupcake or muffin.
We have five daily cupcake flavors and 25+ rotating flavors as our menu changes every day! We love having our regular Monday customers visit us on a Thursday to try something new!
We serve breakfast daily and have an extensive drink menu including coffee, matchas, hand-pressed lemonade, and mimosas.
At the end of the day, it’s important for us to give back to our community. We partner with Caritas Austin, an organization that works to end homelessness in Austin and provides a free meal to those in need. We have donated over 1,000 pounds of food to our friends at Caritas!
Meet the Owners
We are the Reis family and Rise is our family business.
Jason is a jack of all trades and has worked in many industries, but his passion always brings him back to food and hospitality. He loves engaging with our customers and doubles as one of our bakers. He has always enjoyed being in the kitchen.
Stacy loves all things dessert, and every family vacation includes looking up the local bakeries and trying something new! Some of our customer favorites include Cinnamon Coffee Cake, Apple Spice and Banana Nut Muffins, and Pecan Tarts. These are recipes that she has made for many years with and for her family. When she’s not taste-testing, she works in corporate finance.
When the opportunity to open a family-owned bakery and coffee shop arose, we believed that we had all of the pieces to make a go for it! While we originally started in a partnership with an amazing local bakery, we made the decision to branch out on our own. This change allowed us to widen our menu and make changes, ultimately meeting the needs and requests of our customers!
